English as a Second Language
Community-based lessons have a big impact!

For Individuals, Families, or Small Groups
All lessons will emphasize English - it’s not a two-way bilingual activity. It’s Community-Based, meaning lessons should take place at parks, museums, cafes or most anywhere else. Varying locations will stimulate relevant vocabulary acquisitions. Meetings will usually be one hour. Cost: $50 per session
Intercommunication Skills: The Basics
This includes greetings, farewells, ordering food in a restaurant, asking questions at a store, talking to your neighbors and community workers. We will learn lots of nouns and use simple sentences.
Vocational / Academic Language
This includes understanding how to use specific language for a job or academic course.
